The Italian coach Antonio d’Albero (agency: SPORTlab Agency ) is the new technical adviser of the Aruba basketball federation, with this important announcement the Caribbean federation show their ambition to grow and improve at the best the potential of their local players. Aruba starts with this solution a process finalized to come back soon to compete in the FIBA international tournaments. Coach d’Albero brings on the island a long international experience, in his curriculum there are seasons with clubs in top divisions in Europe (Italy, Denmark, Luxembourg), United States and federations coaching the Macedonia and Jamaica national teams and several clinics and camps in different countries. The role of the coach is to run practices for the clubs on the island and clinics for the local coaches; most of the job is also focused on the men national teams , the European coach will try to improve and prepare the National Team for the next competitions. The Aruba National Team is ready to come back to compete and also the new Coach of the Federation is already on the ‘happy island’ to start their collaboration.
